Training for Team Sports

Youth Introduction to Boxing Program
Metabolik Fitness is excited to offer 8 week YOUTH boxing programs. This will program will include:
60 minute full body workout
Proper boxing technique (basics and fundamentals of boxing)
Bag work
Interval and resistance training
Strength and conditioning movements and boxing specific drills
Perfect option for dry land training for young athletes or to improve overall fitness and try something new!
Cost: $120 includes boxing gloves to use for the duration of the program.
Glute Building Fundamentals Program
Strong glutes are an integral part of your body’s overall health and functioning! Strengthening your glutes will result in improved posture and enhanced athletic performance. This 8 week progressional program is not just about aesthetics, athletes with strong glutes will be faster, more efficient and explosive in their movements. We will be training glutes twice per week to stimulate faster muscle growth! Metabolik Fitness is excited to offer this 8 week program 2X per week for a total of 16 classes!
